There is only the initial investment, which includes the licensing fee along with all the equipment, tools and marketing kits needed to start booking orders right away!  It also includes exclusive territory rights in your area.
There is a small monthly fee to cover website hosting and maitenence, this fee is expected to be lowered in the future as our  LIT CITY family grows.
